Moduleo is celebrating 10 years since it launched its collection of luxury vinyl floors in the UK in 2012 and the business has since grown from strength to strength ever since.
Moduleo has its UK headquarters in Derby and is part of the IVC Group, the world’s largest flooring producer. It offers a diverse range of durable, stylish products, Moduleo has a number of collections available to UK customers, including Moduleo LayRed, Herringbone and Moods. Across its flooring portfolio, products come in a host of different designs and shades, from light to dark, in both wood and stone vinyl finishes.
David Bigland, managing director for Moduleo UK and Ireland, commented: “It’s fantastic for us to celebrate 10 years of Moduleo in the UK this year. Over the past decade the brand has grown
extensively, and we now offer floors to suit all design tastes for each room of the home. Since our beginning, we’ve challenged ourselves constantly to produce high-quality flooring which moves with the times. 10 years on and our ambition is the same - we want to future proof the brand and make Moduleo the number one choice in the UK when it comes to luxury vinyl flooring,” he said.
Moduleo planks are manufactured in Belgium, completely free of phthalates. As part of the company’s sustainability strategy, the factory is equipped with three wind turbines and is cooled with water from the Scheldt River. Moduleo floors consist of up to 50% recycled material of verified origin and are themselves recyclable.

The British Furniture Confederation (BFC), the public affairs umbrella body of furniture and beds, furnishings and flooring sector trade associations, has unveiled its new Plan for Growth. The document is said to support BFC’s advocacy across four key pillars: skills and education; trade and exports; standards and regulations; and the environment and circular economy. It has been developed over the past few months, the organisation says, evolving from a combination of position papers written by the associations’ executives and a comprehensive survey of their collective members.
Consumer card spending grew 1.0% year-on-year in February – lower than January’s 1.9% increase and less than the latest CPIH inflation rate of 3.9%, according to recent figures reported by Barclays. In anticipation of higher bills, consumers are said to be cutting back on essential outgoings, but still prioritising discretionary purchases, contributing to an uptick in optimism in the health of personal and household finances.
