New generation takes the helm at Rinos
As of 1 April, Herman and Age Mulder will take over the management of Rinos as Managing Directors. They represent the fifth generation to join as shareholders of the family business, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. Milco Visscher will start as commercial director on 1 May. The current managing director, Peter Kuipers, will oversee the transition and step down on 31 July.
Herman and Age Mulder have been actively involved in Rinos for several years as financial director and operations director, respectively. Before that, they gained valuable experience at other companies. Now, they are taking the next step by jointly assuming the role of Managing Director.
“We would like to thank Peter for his dedication over the past years and for guiding the transition in the coming months. We are committed to keeping Rinos a true family business, continuing the tradition of craftsmanship and innovation. With Milco joining the management team, we are well-positioned to build on our future,” says Herman Mulder.
Age Mulder adds: “We have been working towards this moment for some time. I am proud that we, as the fifth generation, are taking over the leadership. Our focus is on strengthening our market position while staying true to the values that have made Rinos a success.”
Age Mulder, Milco Visscher, and Peter Kuipers will be present at the Rinos stand throughout the Flanders Flooring Days, which will take place from 2 to 5 June in Kortrijk, Belgium, to meet with industry partners and clients.
